SHOUTR is built around where you are and what is happening now, not around a profile archive. Everything you see is tied to your area and to the current moment.

LIVE is one fast, shared conversation with the people around you. You can ask something, say something or just read what the city is talking about. No matching, nothing to swipe.

DISCOVER shows people nearby and what they are up for right now — a chat, a coffee, drinks, or just company. You can message without waiting for a mutual match first.

SHOUTS is a vertical feed of short local moments. They are from nearby, they are from now, and they disappear after 24 hours.

Looking at profiles is designed to feel low-pressure. Browsing does not need to leave a visitor trail, and privacy controls let you decide how visible you are.

FLASH replaces the empty tap or like. A FLASH always carries a message, so the first contact is an actual opener instead of a silent signal.

You choose what you want to see and who can reach you. The optional 18+ layer is exactly that — optional, and separate from the rest of the app.

What happens in SHOUTR belongs to the moment. SHOUTS disappear after 24 hours, intentions expire in hours, and conversations have their own limited lifespan. Pandora opens temporarily and then closes again.

That means SHOUTR does not build a permanent social history on your profile — there is no years-old post or photo waiting to be dug up later. Limited data may still be retained for safety, abuse and legal reasons, but the product you use is ephemeral by design.
