Delete your account

Open SHOUTR, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. This starts the deletion of your account.

Use the form below as a fallback. Provide only your SHOUTR username or sign-in identifier and a contact email; do not send a password, one-time code, identity document, private messages or other unnecessary sensitive data. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before anything is deleted.

• Your profile, profile gallery, Private Album and My Vault content.
• Your discovery and presence data — you stop appearing through DISCOVER, LIVE and WILD.
• Your public content and activity tied to the account, including SHOUTS, SHOUT BACKS and POP-UPS, subject to the exceptions below.
• Your saved/favourites, Private Album permissions, blocks, hides, mutes and FLASH history.
• Your private conversations become unavailable to you.
• Your account identifiers, notification data and age-assurance status.
• Active product access and entitlements tied to the deleted account end; purchase, refund and accounting records may be retained as described below.

We can't promise every trace disappears instantly from every system. Limited information may be retained where necessary for safety and abuse prevention, evidence relating to reported content, fraud and security investigations, disputes, accounting and other legal obligations, and until routine security backups cycle out.

Messages you sent to other people may remain visible in their conversation until that conversation expires or is deleted on their side.

SHOUTR processes account deletion requests without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, fraud and security prevention, reports and moderation, dispute handling, accounting, and until normal backup rotation removes them.
