Consent is specific and revocable. Someone talking to you is not consenting to flirting. Flirting is not consenting to explicit content. Being 18+ is not consenting to WILD. Being in WILD is not consenting to explicit messages or media from you. Ask. If the answer is no, or silence, that's the answer.

• No harassment, threats, intimidation or stalking — online or offline.
• No hate: attacks based on who someone is are not edgy, they're out.
• No impersonation or fake identities.
• No minors. Ever. Anywhere in SHOUTR.
• No child sexual abuse material. This is reported to authorities immediately.
• No exploitation, coercion, trafficking or sexual services for payment.
• No non-consensual intimate content, including sharing or screenshotting someone's private media.
• No illegal content or illegal activity.
• No spam, scams, crypto pitches or bots.
• Respect blocks and boundaries. A block is the end of the conversation.

A Private Album opens only when its owner approves it. My Vault is yours alone. A Mystery profile reveals when its owner presses reveal. Buying a Wristband or FLASH pack provides the features or credits shown at purchase — not access to other people.

WILD is an optional 18+ mode inside Discover. Only people who chose to open that door see each other through it, and it leaves no mark on a normal profile. Entering WILD says one thing: “I'm open to this space.” Everything after that still needs a yes.

Block ends contact. Report sends it to us. When you report, limited relevant content and context from that conversation or post may be preserved and shown to a reviewer so the report can actually be assessed. We don't browse private chats for entertainment.

You can report, among other things:

• Illegal content or illegal activity.
• Harassment, threats or stalking.
• Hate speech and attacks based on who someone is.
• Impersonation and fake identities.
• Scams, spam and bots.
• Underage users.
• Non-consensual intimate content.
• Other serious violations of these rules.

Anyone — user or not — can report content they believe is illegal. Use the in-app report flow where available, or contact us directly.

Report illegal content

So we can assess a report, please identify:

• The content or account being reported, and where it appears.
• The reason for the report, including why you believe it is illegal.
• Any relevant details or context, and how we can reach you.

We review reports and decide proportionately: a warning, content removal, feature limits, suspension or account termination. Serious cases, especially anything involving minors, go to the authorities. We aim to inform you when a decision affects your account and to give you a way to reply if you think we got it wrong. SHOUTR is an early-stage service and moderation is handled by a small team — we prioritise safety-critical reports first.

If we remove content, restrict an account or take another moderation action, the affected user can request a review by emailing shoutr@goomio.fi. We aim to tell you the type of decision, the grounds for it and the circumstances behind it.

Meet in public first. Tell someone where you're going. Trust the feeling that says leave. Nobody in SHOUTR is owed your time, your face, your photos or your location.
